Immediate New Listing Notification To Clients

Am I correct in that when the REW lead manager emails daily updates to clients of the new houses that hit the market it does it once a day? Well in my market being one of the first to see a bank foreclosure is very important.

So I was wondering if it is possible so that within minutes of a new property being listed that matches their criteria, the system will email the client of the new property rather than waiting until the next day.

It's not a limitation of the system its about when we receive updates in the data feed - generally this is once a day, so the system gets updated once a day - thus the system is updated (and users are updated) during the same process.

I understand. Let me ask you this, I know it updates with new listings, but what about price changes? I know in my MLS there is a different field you can select for listings that have had price changes, so will it automatically send out listings that meet their criteria that have had a price change that day along with the new listings or is that custom to do that?

Hi Mark,

The default that we set up is only for "New" listings. It would be custom to have it send out the price changes with the new listings. It wouldn't take very long to customize the saved search emailer to do such. Likely an hour or so would cover it.
