Free PR3 Reciprocal Link... Should I?

Before I went with a REW template, I had a Point2 template. I had bunch of reciprocal links on my home page. When I moved to REW template, I decided not to display any of these links on my home page.

Today, I got an email from movemeto .com. Saying that their link no longer appears on my home page and that my link on their website will be removed within a few days if I don't put the link back. Their website is PR4. My link is 1 click away from the home page on a PR3 page.

When I search my website using the "link:" command, I get 7 pages back and that website is one of them. I know there are many pages that Google doesn't display, but for some reason that link has always been showing up.

Should I do a reciprocal?

Thanks Morgan. Are you against it because it has no value or because a site can get penalized?

both - and because I from first hand experience what Google thinks about Realtors reciprocally linking - it was ok a few years ago but not any more, that much google has made abundantly clear
