IDX Search - Minor Bugs

Hi -

I have noticed two bugs that have crept into my idx search. Site is freenevadamove dot com.

#1. Home Search (box on right of all pages). The "Lake Tahoe" area yields no results. Selecting this should allow the search to look in all mls areas in Lake Tahoe - same as choosing "all lake tahoe" in the /idx search.

#2. There are some duplicates in the "Step 1 - Search City/Area" box on my /idx search page. The duplicates are:

- Minden/Gardnerville Section
G/M Johnson Ln
G/M Downtown
G/M Buckeye/Pinenut

- Search All Lyon County
the second item in the list does not show anything


Can someone fix this up as time permits? Thank you.
