Wordpress Twitter Plugin Help

Anyone have a good plugin for wordpress so that when you create a new post it automatically updates on twitter?
I have used a few and noticed that they update my twitter posts when I save/update an unpublished post. I had to delete 25 entries one day.

check out TweetLater .com there are some tools there to take you blog posts and turn them into tweets.

You can also set up friendfeed.com where it will post your updates to twitter. Not just blog posts but all kinds of social networking things. Here's the thing though, in my opinion, most of the automated posts look...well, automated. If you want to get people to click on your links, it's typically easier if they feel compelled to do so. Either write a good headline or make connections with people so they want to see what you have to say or share.
