Thread: Out of town leads

We get alot of out of town leads (We're a University town - some are relo's and some returning after being away for a while. Also get the occassional out-of-country leads.)

Most out of town leads are very loyal, if you respond promptly and meet their needs. Did have one New York buyer that made it clear up front that they had no loyalty and would work with anyone they wanted to at any time.
You tend to commit to clients to the extent that they commit to you, it's human nature.

I would be skeptical if I got a call from someone that wants to move to Minnesota from California. Seriously though, most of my clients are from out of town. The thing to remember is they may not know too many people in your town and if you treat them right, and build the trust, they will be very loyal customers.
