Default Snippet causing page not found error

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong with my snippet, but when I have created them for IDX listings they are causing me to have MANY errors with Google showing "page not found". It's when there are no listings available under the "snippet price table" section. Here is an example of the page/error
    http://www.stgeorgeutproperty.com/St...7under-100000/
because there is no property under 100,000 it goes to no page found.
I have many errors similar to this, at one point Google showed over 100.
Anything I can do about this?
    Thanks!!

    Hi Paula,

I've seen this happen before with the price ranges - but I cannot seem to make it break on your site ... so I'll keep testing to see if I can get it to break and then fix it. I'll also make it so that if there are no listings in that price range the range won't show.

As far as the 404 errors you have in webmaster tools now ... are they dated recently or where they old errors? The only thing I know to do is to set up 301 redirects for the 404's so Google will stop trying to get them.

    Thank you,
    Aaron

Ok - I found the issue with the page numbers that were causing the issue and fixed it up.

Hey there, I'm still having issues with this. I'm now over 175 errors on WM tools. Looks like the main problem is coming from the http://www.stgeorgeutproperty.com/St...eal_estate.php page/snippet.
I have some issues with this URL as well: /function.mysqli-mysqli
I have no idea what this is?? Several errors have this in the URL along with some IDX MLS #'s
Thanks so much for your help!!

Yeah - webmaster tools will do that - we fixed the cause of the issue - but google will keep looking for those pages - IMO it's not really anything to worry about - but if you are then you might want to get us to redirect the 404's to the home page or something. Send me a list (aaron@realestatewebmasters.com) of the urls or PM me your webmaster tools logins and I'll take a look at what we can do.
