The post is short and mainly to be a response to something on Active Rain but I felt like it had some good info.

Thanks guys. My next post is going to be on the different levels (routines) of follow up based on analysis.
Please note: I do not sell consulting services (not self promotion). Just looking to help out the people who have helped me out. Happy Reading!

Nice post, Lou. It seems like it's going to take a meticulous person to review and re-review web usage trends of your registered users to really hone in and improve conversion ratios.
The REW lead manager can definitely help with this with it's history tracking, it's just going to take a bit of time to get the data and make sure you stay on top of it all.
Since you do have usage statistics in a database somewhere, I'd imagine it's possible to design a follow up system that uses that information and automates the process. Make it even more simple by sending email/text alerts when someone triggers a flag for follow up.

I sell Houston homes and write at this blog dedicated to Real Estate Technology for agents. I originally created this Houston Real Estate site and switched to REW - awesome decision.
@ Jessiesc - Thanks Man (I think that is the first star I have gotten as an adult).
@ RESteve - Meticulous? I guess so. After a while it becomes almost automatic and can take about a minute and a half (often less) to analyze a lead. Most of the data I use for analysis can be ascertained using REW's leads system. I have used two others in the past that have a greater amount of detail, but found it more difficult to train my agents on them due to the complexities of the system. I would recommend using them only if you were going to implement a lead coordinator.
