Ha, just noticed a change in the Yahoo serps for my main keyword. One of my sites maintained #1 and another site of mine jumped to to #3. Only thing is, the site that jumped to #3 is a crappy single page aol member site that I created out of curiousity one day to see if backlinks from it would be counted. So ahead of 245,996 out of 246,000 other sites is a one page aol member site. Ahhhhh good ol' Yahoo, never ceases to amaze.

LOL, Henry. I've seen that one page site of yours & have always wondered about it.
Money Magazine says that Orland Park real estate is one of the best places to live in the U.S. Check out Homer Glen homes if you're interested in living in the newest Chicago suburb. Next door, Lemont homes are the priciest in the southwest suburbs and have held their value, even appreciating while prices in other areas have gone down.

Up until recently it was also on the first page of the MSN serps, i think it was just dropped to the second page.

Hey Henry, you might want to put a big SEARCH FOR DUTCHESS COUNTY MLS link after the main title to get you some leads. Pretty impressive though.

Below article belongs to SEO-Guy comment on another yahoo forum. You might need to divide your main page text and put some more subheaders. Not that my homepage is doing any better but just an advice from rookie

    YAhoo is oldschool SEO,

    H1
    Paragraph
    h2
    paragraph
    h2 paragraph
    h3 paragraph

Of course each element contains your main kw phrase, then hit up the title, desc and meta kw tag in the same fashion

Use your kws in the filenames as well as the anchors to other internal pages
try an onpage anchor or 2, and toss in a couple of alts
