Remove Two Pages From Google Site Map

There are 2 pages I cannot locate that are hidden:
home-resource-back-up, and a 404 page. I would like tham removed from the Google sitemap. I do not want Google using that back-up page. And I cannot locate the 404 page. Aaron told me it was there for me to work on put I cannot locate it.

Hi Nancy,

I've made it so you can see the 404 page in the drop down menu - it's called "Page Not Found" ... excluding them from the XML sitemap will take about 15-30 mins programming.
