I was approached by a company called Access Loss Mitigation about doing short sale listings for them. The catch is they do all the negotiating with the bank in exchange for a 50% referral fee.
I was wondering if anyone has heard of them or has any experience working with them. The first lead they gave me is pretty miserable in terms of value and location and the seller has not returned my call in 48 hours. They want a listing agreement in hand within 72 hours (business days) of handing out the referral. Fat chance at this rate!
