Default error message on the bakc end of my cms

    Hi guys

When I go to my lead manager and click on a lead this is the error message I get

Fatal error: Call to a member function getDatabase() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/daviscompany.com/httpdocs/backend/pages/leadman/leads/details.php on line 705

One of my agents is having the same problem as well. I am the admin and I am getting this message. Can you guys fix this asap?

Looks like your site is undergoing the RETS switch over - so that's what caused this issue. We'll get it fixed up for you as soon as possible.

The odd thing is that one of my team members is reporting that she cant get into her email box.

Is this a REW email server issue?

That seems unrelated to the backend issue - how is she accessing her email? Can she not get into outlook or webmail? What happens when she can't get into her email box ? Does she get any error messages? - does it simply time out? Please let us know more information.

    Thank you,

    Hello Dena,

After the RETS conversion it seems all users previous searches are now incompatible with the new feed. I will be backing up all the users saved searches so that I can try and translate them for the new feed. For now though I will be deleting all of the current searches. So just a heads up when you go to check on your leads, all of them will no longer have saved searches. I'll inform you once I have finished translating them.

    Thanks

    Hello Dena,

I have finished updating all users Saved Favorites, Viewed Listings, and Saved Searches to be compatible with the new feed. I've also done some QC and they all appear to be working just fine. If you find any more errors though just let us know.

    Thanks

Oh boy. I dont think there are that many saved searches. But are you saying that I will get a list of who had what searches?

Yes the email issue was unrelated to the backend issues. I got IT to come and fix it. Thanks
