Property Management Software

We should be launching our property management division early next week and I am still looking for the right property management software. Any property managers out there that can give me their recommendations?

Someone recommended Buildium Property Management Software. Anyone using it that can give some feedback?

I can definitely speak about this topic as I have been unlucky enough to have to wade through a variety of different solutions to arrive at the one I felt was best for my company.

In terms of ease of use, both the Buildium and RealPage property management software seem to be the best. They are both Web-based, very easy to use and quick to set up. It was a matter of personal preference that made me like the RealPage solution much more, but I would highly recommend trying both for a short period of time to see what might fit your needs best.
