    Great points, Derrick. I agree with you - it's always best to stay into curiosity when dealing with prospective clients. I'm going to try a few of those questions you listed.

    I get a ton of these and I just add them to the new listings notification system and add them to a drip campaign that is suited for the amount of time they specify to make the purchase.

    You're right. Usually, knowing the right questions to ask can lead to something. Our questions may even make our prospective clients that its time for them to look for a house now, not in a year.
