Re: Average Time on Site
Btw Larry although these numbers can provide "some" insight into website performance there is really 1 metric that trumps them all - "conversion"
If you have CMS 2 - login, click lead management and then click "this months leads" (unfortunately you will have to count them I think)
Then login to Google analytics - and by default it should be set to the last month of data (last 30 days or whatever) Click the visitors tab on the left had side then in the middle of your screen look for the "absolute unique visitors" number (it's important to use this number vs "visits" because visits counts everyone already registered that returns during your drips etc)
Now take your lead count and divide it by your absolute unique visitors and this will give you your conversion.
For instance if you have 90 leads and 3000 absolute unique visitors 90/3000 is a conversion of 3% (.03)
Templates should have goals of 3-5% LEC's and customs should shoot for 5-10%
again there are some other factors to consider (older sites with tons of returning leads each month will always have lower conversion but it's not a bad thing)
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!
