    I know it has been a while since you posted this and the transaction has most likely closed. But, my solution is to SUE them all! Or at least threaten to. This quite frquently works when the parties believe that it will delay or negate a sale. This depends on how mad you are and on your desire to change firms.

    You probably deserve something but at the same time you did not do some of the basic things to establish a relationship with the buyer that may have prevented this. I would invite the other agent to binding arbitration if you are not getting an acceptable response back from the broker. If your broker is playing favorites, then you should plan an exit strategy.
