    Default error in CMS

    I have recieved this error 3 times when editing a new page:

    Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in /var/www/vhosts/rewtemplates.com/subdomains/dev104/httpdocs/sql_connect.php on line 20
