[REO Wizzard]

Anyone have any experience with this new virtual real estate office/reo management system called ebroker house?

I just received an email from them, and watched the demo. It seems pretty impressive and much cheaper than Taza or REO Maestro.

Im gonna try this 30 day free trial and see if i like it.

Any reviews or feedback from anyone here?

So did you ever give eBroker Hous a try? What were your thoughts of their 30 day free trail? Would you recommend this to anyone instead of Taza or REO Maestro?

Yes, I became a paid member. Its very user friendly and affordable.

I have over 100 REO listings and the management features are great and keep me working very efficiently. I love the task management features a lot. Plus any other system was just so expensive to manage that many listings. Also I have 2 buyers agents and do quite a lot of business on the buy side and no other system had any management capabilities for the buyer side.

I run my whole business on here and my assistant and buyers agents can use it too at no additional cost. At under $30 bucks a month for unlimited listings and sub users, as manay buyer leads as I want and unlimited document storgage, it was a no brainer.

I think the feature I like the most is the automated offer system that allows me to take offers right from the MLS into my system. no more fax or email offers. I hope more agents get on board with this sytem so I can use the automated offer system on the buy side as well.
