Default random lost lead messages delivered in quantity

Please see below.. seems there are some random emails going out with regards to our leads...mainly yesterday after 12:00pm Pacific time. I researched one that actually had come into the system on Feb 12th but was showing a lost lead as of yesterday. What would cause this?
As Darin states below he doesn't remember even getting the lead notice. HELP?

The 2 agents I know of that received these notices are Darin Stenvers and Shirley Shirley

FYI, I got 12 of these today all for the same client, I never got notice or e mail that I had a lead, just the missed lead notice.

This sounds like an issue with a "custom" lead distribution system you have had developed as such I have moved it to the work orders forum so that you may request and approve time to investigate - REW customer support does not provide free support on custom elements when they need to be serviced as they are not standard products.

Please approve 1 hour programming time should you wish to have this investigated.
    thanks
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!

...which is effectively the same as just reopening that custom project again, since it appears not to be as complete as everyone believed, and since it's further work on a custom project, it's billable.

If the 1-hr (or less) investigation bears fruit and turns into an implementation of the "fix", I imagine that we will need further approval of time, if that implementation carries over the one hour approved for the investigation.
