I just came across this and wanted to share it. This is the perfect tool for Seller Financing, A Seller Second or Family Financing or a Family Second. Even works for Personal and Business Loans.

Virgin now offer a tool for Social Financing (money lending between friends...no bank involved). They structure the deal and service the loan. Money and Interest stays within the family, out of the bank.

I think it's a great idea for them to get into the finance market. Why not they're have diversified over the years into a lot of other businesses and seem to have done well. There's a big need for this type of financing now, so the timing could not be better.
