Quote for CMS2 Tab & REW logo

Can I get a quote to have the following removed, due to the fact I'll be adding agent(s) on:

• REW logo and "Real Estate Webmasters" removed from the top of the CMS2
• The 'CMS Forum' tab removed from the CMS2
• The REW copyright information removed at the footer at the bottom

Question, can I have this removed for myself (admin) and any additional future agents?
