Wholesale Training Courses

Hello Investors,

Maybe someone on the forum maybe able to help me out with this. I am really wanting to focus my investing on wholesaling at this time, but am not able to find any training or courses that are applicable to the Canadian real estate market. I know our market here is a lot smaller than the U.S market but there has to be some good reputable training and/or systems out there. I was really interested in Jeff Adams system, and have tried contacting them about whether or not the training and system provided is applicable here in Canada, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. If anyone knows of any systems or training that would be great!
