Can I have leads sent to my phone?

I am wondering if REW has a way to send a new lead directly to my phone either via email or text? If not, does anyone know of a company that is doing this yet?

I'm able to get this done using GMail's forwarding feature. I simply setup a filter to do a search for incoming email subject(s); eg. "IDX Registration Submission". (you could also include searches for any other lead you'll get).

Then set it up to forward to your phone's email address. Use this list to figure yours out.

Almost any email server has this function now. Where are the leads coming from?

Get a smartphone with push email (blackberry or Iphone) and you will get every email. The BB storm or IPHONE have HTML email so It makes for a very nice experience.

I consider myself to be up-to-date on new things that are happening and even I am surprised at how much things can change overnight. It is exciting in a way but it can be scary for someone who is not continually advancing their technical knowledge.

It can make a big difference to have an timely e-mail. I've been out on the road and I get e-mails asking to be shown property that day. Yes, they could call, but some people just prefer e-mail. Anyway, that one (eventual) sale will pay for that new iphone and the service plan.

You can do this in your REW back end easily and with a work order for the programmers.

Consequently, you can do this from your email client also with an auto responder.

We've used both ways, but I prefer the REW method.
