You might want to check for IE 7 updates... caution that you might want to wait to upgrade to IE 8 though.
Also, maybe try clearing the cache.
From the Tools menu, select Internet Options... .
Choose the General tab.
Under Browsing history, click Delete... .
Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click Delete files... .
Click Close, and then click OK to exit.
BTW, have you looked into Firefox as well. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to install Firefox to see how your clients would see your website via Firefox. (If that is their choice of browsers.)
