Default AZ real estate agent's site

This is a work in progress, but it is coming along so far. We just added a directory (not live yet) and a bunch of features that will rolling out next month. For now I could use some input to make sure the design is ok.

I didn't choose the color scheme, but I tried to pull it off as much as I could.

from a design perspective I think the colors work, although im not sure about the way the picture of the realtor is situated within the header. She seems to be just forced to fit in there.

I really Like the Logo though, that rocks!

Havent gone through all the pages yet, but I can tell you from an SEO perspective (If your in charge of the SEO) The title (Your most important tag) is biting off way more then it can chew. By this I mean you have gone well over the character limit and there is no clear phrase theme for the page. Your trying to mention everything she does on one page, vs having each individual page optimize for one or two things she does. If your not doing the SEO then forget the above paragraph lol

Your mls page needs some work I think

I know your trying to fit it in the design with an Iframe but to have to horizonally scroll to see the rest of the forms etc might be a turnoff, is there any way you can sacrifice the left menu on this page to make the Iframe bigger so that they can see the whole frame in the page without scrolling?

Ok thats enough out of me for now, lets let some more peeps shoot you praise or shoot you down heh I mean that in the most respectful and helpful way though, I'd say overall this is a great looking real estate site especially when you compare it to the majority.

yeah, those titles are terrible. I am not in charge of SEO-ing the site, just consulting, programming, and design.

That MLS listings page could use work, but given the initial budget they can't get one done that fits the site perfectly. We just threw it in there for now. Who knows, maybe she will sell a bunch of homes and compile a nice little wish list of features.

She was great to work with and easy on the eyes , but most of the time on the project I spent meeting with her boyfriend - (just kidding if you read this Derek!)

    Arizona Web Design,

I like the site, very straight forward.

I am sure you will adding relevant content.

Also, what SEO Guy said makes sense, but he is perfectionist...

Also, I would love to see the MLS page fixed ASAP, I had to do acrobatic to see it all.

    Best of Luck!

haha, you'll prolly get a call from me on that one before you get a call from her dude! Her name really is Cystal Nicely, she is cute, but her boyfriend lifts a lot of weights. I don't mess around bro. Last thing I need is jacked up dude breaking my fragile computer programming fingers!
