What about the keyword order? Does area+keyword generate more traffic or is it the other way around?

Order is important on a Title Tag, Meta Description, H1 tags, etc. because the closer you are to the top of the page, weight is higher. However, You really need some well thought out content for each page to take full advantage of the bigger picture here....Long Tail Search Results.

To give a few keywords. Put yourself in someone who's looking for a property online, then think what he'll type in to get different results in search engine. I guess that's how it is.

Your best bet is to do a generic search for keywords you think are good for your area. See where your competition comes up and target those words. But yes you Must have it in your title, metatags, links, alt tags, heading tags and in your body text. You also need incoming links with those keyword phrases from sites like this, and social network sites such as Facebook, twitter and so forth.

It is probably the best solution out there but just know that it is not always accurate. You have to start somewhere though.

Really popular keywords are a double edged sword. Here's why: Keyword popularity, the really short words or phrases, will not equate to more visitors or leads because your site needs to establish considerable rank first before the search engines will allow your site to be found organically with those terms. You could certainly select the most popular ones, but your chances of being found sooner will be greatly diminished.

Unless you have a really big advertising budget, it isn't worth it. This isn't to say that you can't incorporate them in the future, you can. But, establish some traffic, and rank first. One of the best ways to do this is to incorporate some "long-tail" phrases instead. A longtail phrase like "Denver houses for sale." There are two free sites that I want to provide to you that have helped me alot.

The first: Hubspots' website grader. It will grade your site and provide 50 different variables and free advice to improve your site. The second: 2createawebsite. Again, lots of free advice but in a really down to earth format.

The work isn't easy, it takes time and you won't get results overnight. But, if you understand this and apply the proven techniques, you will succeed. Good luck.
