Very new to Real Estate

Hi there. My name is William, I'm 23, and I'm new to these forums. I've done some php work for the site a while back, and I would like to learn a bit about Real Estate.

Right now I run my own online business which generates a moderate monthly income. It's not much compared to a full time job, but since it's part time, and I'm young, it's not too bad at all

I would like to know some about Real Estate and I have a few questions I am going to post in the Real Estate chat if that's ok. I haven't done anything with Real Estate, so I'd like to learn all I can.
