Crazy New Social Media Website - please review

Okay... this may be a bit over the top, but our team is trying to add some fun AND awareness to our new home neighborhoods... I would love input / ideas (and its okay if you say its just plain stupid...)

If you think its cool we'd love some spiders on others social media / blogs... actually, if you think its stupid we're okay with you blogging about that too... anyway... there will be 6 crazy crazy episodes airing ( one per week )...

ps... i did actually get a call from a builder today who wants to know how to get his neighborhood on it.. haha.. i told him its only good for neighborhoods that are my listings... well... he wants to "chat" with me next week about our out of the box ideas....
