If the link "My Blog" leads to the site that you wanted an opinion on, I have a few.

1. I would get it off the wordpress domain and host it yourself somewhere *wordpress.com has enough content *

2. The formatting is having some serious problems, looks like you may have some copy paste issues.

3. I would try to cut back on the keyword stuffing a bit.

I agree with getting it off of the wordpress domain. I recently set one up as well and I purchased a domain through wordpress for $15US

This blogs still need a lot of work. You should delete the default wp post. It looks like you slapped this site together in 2 min.

Rather than hosting the site on the free wordpress, why don't you put the blog on your site?

It has already neen mentioned to get rid of the welcome to wordpress post.

Last, get a free theme for the site.
