Thanks all for the replies.
I have to admit my sites still need a lot of work, but I am more focus on the SEO and ranking than on lead conversion. My plan was to get to the top of google natuaral ranking before working on fine tuning the lead capture and conversion.
Also because I don't write loans any longer, I decided to place the ad sense up temporarily to see what kind of results I can get. For the month of April I got $16. lol.
I am looking for better ways to monetized these sites, so any recommendations would be appreciated.

That is a great plan....There is no sense in having the best site in the world if nobody can find it and it doesn't cost you a thing to do try and rank naturally. I have adwords so I NEED to convert in order to pay the bills.
