New Construction Search

When you run the New Construction search for single family homes, it returns single family and town homes.

I could not see any town homes in the results for a search using the new construction search. I went to this page: http://www.greaterraleighrealty.com/idx/search_new.html clicked search and only single family homes came up.

Could you please describe how to duplicate the issue - and or some MLS numbers of listings that come up in the search that shouldn't come up.

If you go to the link you listed, search in Cary, single family homes, 3 bed, 2 bath under $325K. On the bottom of the first page of results you will see a town home in the results.
