Jeff Manson adrhi banned in Google?

I was just doing some research for my client http://www.alohatony.com and I realized that Jeff Manson's site adrhi (dot) com is not there for "Hawaii Real Estate"

Ok ok - cool, maybe he just (finally) dropped off the first page (I say finally because he is not real popular around here and is a known spammer and kind of an internet bully) - so I go to Google and search adrhi by itself and his domain does not even show up for that.

Has all his link spamming and internet bullying caught up with him? Could it be that the high and mighty Jeff Manson has finally been caught for his shady SEO tactics?

Or could it be that Google is just messing with me and he is still there. Anyone confirm this for me? Do a search for "hawaii real estate" do you see adrhi on the first page?

He's #56 and #57.

Is that for Hawaii Real Estate or for adrhi? <<< can you search this and see if he comes up #1 for that term? Thanks

But, he's also #57 for "adrhi" as well (and all his subdomains are immediately below that).

Just Googled "Jeff Manson Banned" found this first result qxiu.net/RealEstate/41940-www_adrhi_com.htm and a bunch of others - looks like I'm not the only one who is not a fan of this guy.

Searched Hawaii real estate and found him on page 7, and page 6 when Hawaii real estate was inside quotes.
