I've worked through a few systems in building my business and by far I've found the the internet lead manager is the best way to go.

We struck gold in a way, since our lead manager answers emails from home at night and on weekends. She loves building relationships with prospects, and generally works with them until they are ready to buy. Then I take over or we hand them to our Buyer's Agent. She's paid salary plus bonus.

Since she's also my office assistant I wish she was more organized, but she's not .... she more than makes up for it with her commitment to the work and her seriously strong people skills.

This is a very useful point that I'm sure many people miss. I wish I could coordinate this, but right now, I'm still the salesman, admin, internet guy, accountant, etc.

Why don't you hire someone who can do some of those things so that you can focus more on the area that you do best.
