I just wanted to see what others think of my site.

I was thinking about scratching the template and moving on to something else. I built the site over 3 years ago. Do you really think it would be worth the trouble? I get quite a bit of applications already from the web.

I have pondered removing the ads but every time I do the site looks naked and I put them back on.

It's a bit generic looking, but functional in Firefox. Why not use anchor text relevant to your content in your signature?

My first impression when i go to your website is i do not know what I am looking at. There are many links in the bar to the left, as well as a lot of words on the home page, there is no title on the home page.

I would suggest tinkering with the template of your home page and keeping it simpler and more clear.


As for the overall content of your website, well done. You have a lot of great information and tools on this website.
