    Default Quality score problem

I have been doing adword campaigns for a good six months now, and I thought I was getting pretty comfortable. But alas, I am stuck with this problem:

    Landing page is occasiorealty(dot)com/first-time-home-buyer-tax-credit.php

Can anybody explain to me why the quality score of the ad is so low? It seems like a mistake to me. I have the keywords in the ad, title of the landing page, and all over the landing page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It may not be a true QS issue, but a matter of your competition and their bids. QS is also a function of historical CTR as well as your current bid. So, if the keywords have not been running yet, or are very low volume search terms, AdWords may not be able to assign an accurate QS for awhile, and may assign a low QS. Low bids, compared to your competition, also mean low QS.
