Nice site.. looks fairly clean. A bit jumbled up in the middle, with the 'modules' floating everywhere. Also, add a favicon to look a little more professional

I like everything about the site but the bombardment of ads. I guess it's less inappropriate with renters, though.

I would get rid of the adsense, if you are serious about capturing leads.

Why? What is wrong with Adsense?

I feel less trust on a site that needs to make money from me elsewhere. If you are good at what you do, then you shouldn't need adsense. This is my feeling, and by no means indicative of your future clients.
It makes sense to me on forrent dot com, but not if I'm dealing directly with a brokerage.

It also sucks users away from your site - meaning potentially less conversions (Webmaster is aware he has adsense on forums and directory, but note - never on any main pages)
