Actually I was very impressed, I just didn't want the Pru logo so dominant in my page. After all this is about me!!
Actually I think I'm going to put it transparently on the bottom.

I'm also getting rid of the chat, It looks good and it allows me to see when people are logging on and off the the page but I assume there is another way to do that. I think it makes me look available but it slows down the loading of the page and I never had great interactions that I was hoping for. There are better ways and I like the ask a question approach.

We just did a chat implementation for http://www.buddyblake.com was custom done and a lot more seamless than those silly widgets the or buttons they give you - ask Buddy how this implementation is working if you are really considering having property integrated chat.

Morgan, That is a nice looking site. Love the colors! I also like how you put the logo in the picture area.

Has anyone done the Q&A version? "Ask an Agent" I think it woudl be good to incorporate this with the blog as well.

Chat button is nice, but shouldn't the talk by phone button keep you on the website inside of a pop-up and removing you from the website?

I don't like leaving the site either - but that was the code Buddy gave us, so it's the code we used (obviously the talk by phone is a third party app)

I took out my Chat today. I guess after a two month trial, I felt I never got a great response. One problem was I could never tell who I was talking to and when I asked, people weren't comfortable saying. I might revisit it later but I'm giving up for now. Most of the time the people I was talking to were my old clients and it was just easier to pick up the phone.

Morgan, of course if I was going to have it built, it would be by REW.

This might be a great answer to what we were talking about. I'll might have to ask for a work order.

Bruce, I can see that your photo in the footer is much larger than the space it's actually occupying (it's 648px × 824px but scaled down to 116px × 148px).

This makes the photo look grainy and it slows load times (barely, but unnecessarily).

I also see you're not using your call out boxes.

    Lookin' good!
