How often do you market ?

I was just curious to see how often do you direct mail market ? What is the best way, every 3 and 6 months ?

I used to do it about every 2 months. Make sure to use jumbo size post cards and not the regular size one, which don't convert well because everyone uses them.

From what I just learned: We should be mailing monthly and calling quarterly. Of course this is for farming our sphere.

Well thanks everyone, I'm starting the mailing campaign and I think I'm go with a monthly postcard, I'm trying 5x7 for the first time and depending on how it goes I might go with a jumbo (8.5x5.5) if it turns out great

as for what's being on the postcard its for homeowners who are in distress, its a targeted audience since I compiled a list of homeowners who just received NOD's and it will basically be selling the company's services

You need to hit this group before they get the NOD. You and several other realtors, investors, etc will be mailing them then.

Find a list of those who are 60 days late on their payment

Greg, I will be running what you said by my boss to see what he thinks (I'm the guy in charge of marketing,etc) but at the end he makes the final decision

Do you know of a company that sells a list for those who are 60 days late on their payment ?

We are going to be boosting our mailing campaign from 1k for this month to approx 10k next month since we have some deals closing between that time.
