    Hello,
    I want to invest in real estate especially in Detroit. May I know about the number of agreement exist in real estate?

    One guy suggest me 2 kind of agreement
    1. lease agreement
    2. license agreement


    So what is the actual agreement? May anyone explain me?

    If you are planning on purchasing then you must be talking about an APS (Agreement of Purchase & Sale) which goes along with a Seller Brokerage Agreement.

    Perhaps the rights of sell and buy mentions in APS agreement,
