Email A Friend Signature Contact Information

Here is what the email looks like that goes to out clients when someone sends their friend a listing they want them to look at. It says in the email that if they have any questions don't hesitate to contact us, but for the signature it only says my name and no contact information. Does anyone know how to go in and add my phone number, etc. Below is a copy of the email that goes out:
