SEO is really the source to building email marketing databases. The money is definitely in the list. Without a list there would be no business so to speak.

"Proper email marketing with optin, coreg, or survey leads is faster at making your site come up in the rankings"

I am totally confused about this. How do email blasts help a website?

With all respect to the poster of this thread...email marketing with optin, coreg, or survey leads has nothing to do with off-page or on-page SEO rankings. You would have to seriuously back this claim up with a little supporting proof.

email marketing with optin, coreg, or survey leads can be used as components of you marketing process to facilitate your marketing efforts but they alone will have no bearing to your rankings.

    Hello,

you gave very good information about email marketing and SEO. i think that seo and email marketing both required. SEO is a big tool to promote any website or increase traffic while email marketing has its own importance.

    thanks!!

Maybe what the poster is trying to say is that SEO and email marketing help increase the traffic. I agree that the two should come hand in hand. It is not always about your site being optimized and all.
