are one way links from different non-related site good ?
a friend wanted to put a couple hundred one way link to my site..
non - RE related site but not sure if this would be bad or good.
non-adult, non gambling sites...

One-Way links from general directories are good. So long as they have your category.

I would want just a couple links from the site. Get pages that are as close to on topic as you can and they will help at least with anchor text. They may or may not pass PR, but they won't hurt. As for getting a couple hundred links at once, I wouldn't want them. Looks to much like a link purchase and that will not help you in any way.
