First time home buyers are mostly thankful for your hardwork but investors are already familiar with how the market works maybe that's why it is very challenging to wok with them.

Some real estate firms offer certain priority properties for sale that are low in prices due to rush sale. Check out on the listings of these properties and you will make a huge income when you invest on these.

Well we all know that investing in property is an life time asset and proved to be very fruitful in near future. Great post and information above. I also visited many sites related to property. I like the one of the property dealing services I found Lanzaroteproperties.ie one of the useful site. As we have to be very careful before buying or investing in any property.

I'm interested in seeing some of the future posts. There doesn't seem to be whole of content on here as much as there people who just make simple comments to advertise their own business, however this could become a very helpful place for new investors.

I started in the biz in 2003 at 20 years old and I sure wish I'd have been more competent about Forums like this one to help me. Would have saved me lots of time and money!
Here's some very simple questions you might want to ask yourself before beginning in Real Estate investment...

What are your long term goals?? What level of security are you comfortable with?? Do you want short term or long term income??This is important, as it will ultimately determine which strategy you employ as well as what, where, and how you begin buying.

For example, if you're not comfortable with risk, or you have no money or poor credit you may consider wholesaling, it's virtually risk free and you can do it with no money or credit but it will take more time than a traditional purchase, however if you're starting out with the hopes of eventually being a full time investor it's probably one of the BEST strategies and one that most of my mentors used to get started in the biz.

If you are looking for short term results and big lump sums, then you might consider Foreclosure or Short sale strategies. I've purchased property this way for as little as 33 cents on the dollar or less and with just $10 down.

If you're just looking to grow a nest egg then you may want to consider "self directing" you're retirement accounts. Most people don't know this but you can buy in real estate in almost all IRAs and 401ks by self-directing. This will allow you to purchase Real
Estate in you retirement account and NEVER pay taxes on it!

These are just a few tips. Feel free to message me for more.
