Verification for live webmaster tools

Hi,

I would like to authenticate my site for msn live, but I cannot add meta tags, nor can I add a .xml file to the site, can you add the following meta tag:

<meta name="msvalidate.01" content="FFC18B9AE281E130ED34F73736E63235" />

I don't see why yahoo and google have dedicated tools for verification and msn live does not...
