Just wondering what the current competitive rates are south of the border on a 5 year fixed and variable to compare to ours here in the great white north. Thanks in advance!

You're asking about arms? Nobody's doing arms these days. We're looking at 4.875 for 30 year conventional and 5 for fha.
I am a Tempe Real Estate agent, and I have been specializing in Tempe Foreclosures for several years now. I am also a market specialist in Chandler Homes for Sale.
