Nice LEC4 Hamid! I would recommend that you get REW to add the Auto-complete to the quick search on the main page. I added it and the response has been great.

Honestly, the site is not the same without the key featured listings piece in play - even if they aren't your listings, you need to feature some (try to pick some with photos that compliment the site and will appeal to the largest portion of your potential target audience)

And yes that color scheme is awesome! That's the default Coldwell Banker scheme isn't it? Looks great with the logo.

Colors are nice, I get a 404 error on oakland-condos -> Broadway Grand and City Walk links.

Suggestion:

Doesn't this LEC use call outs? If it does, I would use them for your custom snippets: (Example on same page as above) Search Oakland condos by price.

That would keep the site more uniform.

Another suggestion I would make is on the about page, remove the "business" card as it is blurry to read. Post your pic if you want but you already have your info at the bottom.

The colors are nice and do look good on the site. I would also recommend the auto complete feature as it would make your site just that much better. I would also agree with Jessie on removing the "business card"

Thanks Morgan! I forget what color scheme that was, but it was the one that caught me the most.
