Automatic search menus

I've been looking but I can't find where the menus are to change the automatic searches that clients make for themselves. My LEC2 sends out updates of new properties matching my clients searches, there is a unsubscribe link that links to www.example.com--etc. and somebody got mad because they couldn't figure out how to unsubscribe (the nerve of them )

You can delete or edit searches that the clients have set up like this:
1. go to the backend
2. click the Lead Management tab
3. search for the client
4. click the number in the column marked 'S' or click the client's name and then the Searches tab.
5. you'll notice each search has two buttons: Edit and Delete.

Clients can also do this themselves using the Control Panel.

Right but how do I control the actual e-mail that is sent out?
Everything is still linked to www.example.com not my website! here is an actual e-mail my site sends out
