Many of you know I went live with my LEC on April 2nd. A month has gone by and I had a chance to sit down and look at the numbers.
In this initial month, keep in mind that my old site was getting updated and indexed with new pages from the LEC site. The IDX was also getting spidered, and with a true integrated IDX, I was able to accurately track things like bounce rates and time spent on the page.
Below you'll find the increase, and decrease, in key analytics for my website. I don't go into detail on the actual numbers, but the percentages of increase should prove to be a good idea of how well the LECs perform only after a month.
Traffic
Unique Visitor Traffic - up 17.54% (overall visitors up 34.72% to date)
Pageviews - up 427.1% (wow)
Average Pageviews - up 312.84%
Time on Site - up 240.54%
Bounce Rate - down 6.16% (lower the better)
Conversion Rates
Unique Visitor to Registration - 9.54% (goal is 10% - using forced registration to view property details)
Leads Leaving Phones Vs. Not - 30% Leaving Valid Phone
I'll be honest - I have not had a hot lead that was put into a contract right away just yet. We're really busy dealing with the mass influx of leads and working on our systems to follow up with them all. It's a great problem to have.
If you had a doubt in your mind about investing in a LEC, would you feel that it's been answered?![]()
