Okay... I know the action plans are not saving as of yet from my admin login, but just went in under my agent test (non admin) and the button to ADD Action Plan does not even show up (of course i'm assuming it is supposed to?)

I'm actually hoping it isn't there. In fact, I'm pretty sure I don't even want them to be able to add there own templated emails. I would prefer to have to go in as admin and add them.
Once you get several agents working the leads, consistency of message will be very important...
My wish would be that they are done through the admin and carried over (copied) to agents. That won't be the case though - I don't think...

Hey Guys,
Only the super admin and admin agents are able to manage the action plans and assign them to agents.
Agents only have access to view the action plan tasks that apply to their leads, and to mark them as completed.
