    I took my sitemap down and my ranking improved. I don't want google to wait for a ping to crawl my site. I want them on it all the time.
    Serving all your Outer Banks real estate needs and if you are looking for a deal then search all Outer Banks foreclosures for bank owned real estate.

    Another reason to submit it is it helps Google use your own title and description meta tag faster instead of getting them from DMOZ
