Additions for WatefrontLifestyle.com I need a quote on:

1) Remove Rentals and Commercial from the property type

I do not see rentals there - possibly it was removed - or you mean "Income" ... either way that'll be a quick 30 mins programming to remove them from all the search forms.

2) Make Registration mandatory to view details etc. and add field to confirm email address on signup form on home page and register page. Also can you make a snipplet so I can set the number of times the user can view properties like 3, before I require registration.

Sure - about 1hrs programming to add the confirm email and 1hr to add the snippet to set the number of listings before registration.

3) Add a subcategory for Residential Searches like Sarasotaforeclosures.com see attachment. 1) Single Family, Condo, Villa, and Townhome Choices. Add this to all of the advanced search tabs.

1.5hrs programming.

4) Change the quick search on the home page Property Type Choices to "Single Family, Condo, Villa, Townhouse, Villa, Land, Income

30mins programming.

5) Add checkbox on webpage edit/set up page for “Hide Slide Show”. Default unchecked. If checked then the page loads with the slideshow hide (shows up to the user with “Show Slideshow” and a down arrow so they can select to see it if they like.

It's 1 hour (30 min design, 30 min programming) for the standard "slide show hack", and another 1.5 hours design (and we'd allow for the possibility of 30 min programming support) for the option to "show slideshow" on the front end.

6) HTML Email Stationary setup for all emails generated by the website to brand the site with similar color scheme. The stationary could have a menu built into it as well similar to the website. I would like to be able to use this for my email program as well.

Involves a bit of testing in the different email browsers for consistency. Would be a good idea to create a mockup of the layout before the build of it begins and integrate the custom footer (with links/photo/logo), then splice/build it for the email programs, along with testing. Will also have it applied as an email template to your Thunderbird program.

- About 10 hours design. (about 7 hours for email template plus 3 hours for custom footer)

7) Additional searches to be added to the advanced tab and listings menu on home page for “By Address”, and “By Radius”

8) Add the following fields to all of the advanced search tabs: “Pool” – Checkbox yes or no. and “Garage” - Dropdown with Multiple selections (ctrl key).

9) Classic View enhancements. Add clickable remarks line, 2 extra photos clickable (whited out like Sarasotaforeclosures.com see attachment), and tabs at the bottom “Map” and “View More Photos” to what is already provided.

Also take off “Listing Courtesy by:” and just list the name of the company if this is allowed by the IDX guidelines.

Nick says you can remove the listing agent, but not the “Listing Courtesy by:” or the broker(age).

11) Setup up a mobile search like Mckinney’s see attachment. Add “Waterview”, “Subdivision” and “Pool” Fields.

• Which email program is that?
• Will the menu be exactly as it currently appears on the home page?
• Will you want the header from your site included? Or just colours and the sidebar menu?

You can already embed a video into any post's content area, by editing the HTML. Or are you looking for something that would show a video in the sidebar, and the video would change depending on which post was being viewed?

6) I use thunderbird, but I would like it to be used in outlook as well. I am open to design... i think it would include the menu and the header, and maybe a custom footer with links and a photo or logo.

12) Is there an easier way of integrating a video? Uploading it and having it display within a blog post?

I've updated your original post with estimates. Programming estimates are still required.

As for the video - if you are hosting them all on YouTube (or such), then yeah, it's a simple <embed> code in the html, and you can do it yourself, as far as I know. If you want the videos to be hosted on your own site, you'll need the custom file manager, which requires 30 minutes of programming.

How about estimates for 11, 13, and 14? And are the programming estimates correct on the one that Gerry quoted... I think he said programming had to double check these estimates.
